Welcome to Barbara Pilates!

We are personal Pilates located in Scarborough, UK plus surrounding villages of Filey, Muston, Rieghton and Brompton-by-Sawdon.

 

We offer group classes, including Mat Work, Bill Ball Pilates, Step Class, Pilates Unwind Class and 1:1 sessions.

Our focus is on helping you achieve your Pilates goals in a safe and supportive environment. We are experienced teachers who are passionate about Pilates and are dedicated to helping you improve your strength, flexibility, pelvic floor health and overall well-being.
